  • Direct, plan and coordinate all aspects of the front and back of house operations within the concessions department.
  • Responsible for the operation of portable and permanent concession stands.
  • Developing and maintaining service techniques and food quality, profit and loss controls, inventory levels and labor and product cost monitoring.
  • Assist in the development of short and long term financial and operational plans.
  • Responsible for hiring and scheduling of staff; providing leadership and development and motivation of staff.

  • Requires at least 4 years experience and 3 years in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous P&L experience, management within a convention center or sports venue
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes night, weekends and holidays.
