With extensive experience and knowledge in the digital and analytics technology environment, and a successful track record of enabling digital business transformation, leads the development and implementation of digital business and analytics services across the system.. As a key partner to operational and business unit executives, facilitates creation of a comprehensive enterprise-level digital vision and strategy that aligns and integrates with strategic plans. Similarly, facilitates the creation of a comprehensive enterprise-level vision and strategy for data and analytics to enable improved business intelligence, advanced analytics, and the next generation digital platforms. Proposes solutions and leads development of architectures that enable digital business transformation and leverages the power of data to drive strategic and operational business and consumer insights.. Scope of responsibility includes patient/member/consumer-facing digital platforms, contact center and CRM platforms, advanced analytics and information management platforms, and other key information services central to the success of digital business and analytics support capabilities. Development of vision and strategy will incorporate technology innovation for a competitive advantage, identify opportunities for differentiating Spectrum Health through the use of new capabilities and solutions, develop positive consumer/member experiences, and demonstrate tangible business returns. Works closely to support the business objectives of each entity while maintaining an integrated and enterprise strategy for technology advancement.. Focuses on organizational change management, creating new business capabilities, and pursuing transformational change as part of the successful implementation approach. Oversees all phases of the technology and capability lifecycle, including vision, planning, design, development, implementation, support, and optimization.
